Compliance management webinar to focus on organizational culture

A free webinar focused on enhancing the effectiveness of compliance management will be held on November 6, 2026. The session aims to move beyond mere rules and systems, focusing instead on organizational culture and behavioral changes among employees to prevent corporate misconduct.

Kazuhiko Takano, a professor at Kansai University specializing in corporate scandals and compliance, will serve as the lecturer. The presentation will utilize an ‘organizational health checkup checklist’ to discuss risk perception, measures to prevent scandals, crisis response, and methods for building a culture resistant to misconduct.
