Comuna 13 of Cartagena, Colombia sees residential expansion

Comuna 13, a residential district in the southwestern part of Cartagena, Bolívar Department, is undergoing significant real‑estate development. The area combines traditional single‑family homes with newly built, luxury apartment complexes that offer higher comfort levels and green spaces such as parks, trees, and abundant plant life.

The district includes at least eight neighborhoods—San José de los Campanos, Ternera, El Recreo, La Providencia, among others—and is bordered by Route 90 and 90B, with Calle 31 marking its opposite edge.
