Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2026 scheduled for September

The Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place from September 26 to October 4 at the Con Son and Kiep Bac relic sites in Hai Phong. This edition marks a significant milestone as the first festival held since the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac complex was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The festival will commemorate the 726th anniversary of the passing of national hero Tran Quoc Tuan and the 584th anniversary of the passing of world cultural celebrity Nguyen Trai. Key traditional rituals include memorial services, seal opening ceremonies, and flower lantern festivals.

A major highlight of this year's event will be the official unveiling of the brand identity set for the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac World Heritage complex. This initiative aims to transition the UNESCO designation from a formal recognition into a recognized brand that promotes cultural tourism and local development.
