Conalep begins 2026-2027 school year in Puebla and Hidalgo

Conalep institutions in the Mexican states of Puebla and Hidalgo have officially commenced the 2026-2027 school year, focusing on infrastructure improvements and professional training models.

In Puebla, Director General Gonzalo Amador Juárez Uribe reaffirmed the institution's commitment to integral training through dual models and labor market integration. To mark the start of the term, officials visited various campuses, including Atencingo, Chipilo, Ciudad Serdán, Huauchinango, and Teziutlán, to promote practical, humanist-focused teaching aligned with the New Mexican School principles.

In Hidalgo, the Secretary of Public Education, Natividad Castrejón Valdez, inaugurated a new multi-purpose sports court with a roof at the Tepeji del Río campus. The project represents an investment of over 4.3 million pesos benefiting 600 students. The state government also reported that Conalep Hidalgo's six campuses will welcome over 1,500 new students, supported by the distribution of uniforms, textbooks, and digital tablets to promote educational equity.
