Conalep's CAST celebrates 32 years of technical training in Ciudad Juárez

The Centro de Asistencia y Servicios Tecnológicos (CAST) of Conalep celebrated its 32nd anniversary in Ciudad Juárez, marking over three decades of providing specialized technical training, competency evaluations, and technical assistance to the regional border industry.

During the commemoration, CAST head Karla Joeselin Hernández Cordero presented an accountability report highlighting progress in corporate training, accreditations, and operational expansion. Conalep Director General Omar Bazán Flores emphasized the institution's commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and professional certification to meet evolving business needs in Chihuahua.

Roberto Anaya Moreno, representing the state government, noted the center's importance in addressing challenges posed by the fourth industrial revolution, including automation, artificial intelligence, and digitalization. The institution reaffirmed its alliance with the private sector to foster human talent and regional competitiveness.
