Central American and Caribbean national teams prepare for international competitions

Several Central American and Caribbean national teams are preparing for upcoming international competitions.

Honduras has announced a 26-player roster for the Concacaf Nations League under new coach José Francisco Molina. The squad includes several overseas players and aims for long-term World Cup 2030 qualification.

Venezuela's national team, led by Oswaldo Vizcarrondo, has called up 34 players for friendly matches against Japan, South Korea, and Jordan. The roster notably excludes veteran striker Salomón Rondón as the team focuses on generational renewal.

In baseball, the Dominican Republic has finalized its 20-player roster for the U15 Baseball World Cup, which will be held in Mexico from late September to early October.
