Concelex appoints new strategy and transformation executives

Romanian construction company Concelex has announced the appointment of two new executives to its management team to support a phase of accelerated growth.

Daniel Spiridon joins the company as Deputy CEO Strategy. Spiridon brings over 20 years of experience in management consulting and executive leadership, including 15 years at McKinsey & Company where he served as Managing Partner of the local office, and a previous role as CEO of eMAG's operations in Hungary. He will be responsible for implementing company strategy, developing the Strategy and Transformation function, and optimizing the business portfolio.

Carol Șerban has been appointed as Director of Strategy and Transformation. A construction engineering graduate with international experience, Șerban holds advanced degrees from the University of Manchester and the University of Oxford. His professional background includes roles in civil and structural engineering in the UK, strategic consulting at Kearney, and serving as Commercial Director at Glovo Romania.
