Concentra Group Holdings reports strong Q2 growth and earnings

Concentra Group Holdings, a Texas-based occupational health provider, reported strong second-quarter results, exceeding analyst expectations for both revenue and earnings. The company reported revenue of $606 million, a 10% increase from the previous year, surpassing the projected $592 million. Adjusted earnings per share reached 52 cents, significantly higher than the anticipated 42 cents.

Growth was driven by an increase in both patient volume and revenue per visit, particularly within workers' compensation services. Net income rose 46.5% year-over-year to $65.3 million. The company is currently utilizing increased free cash flow to pay down debt and continues to pay dividends following its spin-off from Select Medical in 2024.
