Concepción begins repairs on 140 apartments in Pedro Luna sector

Repair works have commenced on 140 apartments in the Pedro Luna sector of Barrio Norte, Concepción. The project aims to address long-standing issues with humidity and leaks that have affected residents for years.

The intervention covers seven towers and includes comprehensive thermal improvements and the installation of building cladding. The works are scheduled to continue through the first half of 2027. The project launch included participation from the Minister of Housing and Urbanism, Iván Poduje Capdeville, and the Mayor of Concepción, Héctor Muñoz Uribe.
