Concepción del Uruguay hosts 3rd Gran Premio Entrerriano de Baquets

The 3rd Gran Premio Entrerriano de Baquets has commenced in Concepción del Uruguay, featuring more than 60 historical racing vehicles. The event, which includes participants from various Argentine provinces and Uruguay, is a regularity competition where the objective is to maintain specific times for each segment of the route rather than achieving maximum speed.

The weekend activities include a 400-kilometer route through several regional towns, concluding at the Palacio San José. The event began with a symbolic start at Plaza Ramírez, featuring a static exhibition of the vehicles near the Centro Cívico. Local authorities, including Mayor José Eduardo Lauritto, participated in the opening ceremonies, which also included musical performances and a presentation by the Argentine Army's military band.
