Concepción del Uruguay to host Expo Rural 2026 with 170 exhibitors

The Expo Rural 2026 in Concepción del Uruguay is scheduled to take place from September 25 to 27. Organized by the local Sociedad Rural, the event will feature 170 exhibitors and aims to bridge the gap between rural producers and urban communities.

Agustín Fernández Bugna, president of the Sociedad Rural, noted that this second consecutive edition is expected to surpass the previous year in scale and participation. Mayor José Lauritto also highlighted the event's importance for the city's economic recovery.

Activities will include demonstrations of agricultural machinery from six different brands, an off-road test drive track for 4x4 vehicles, and displays of agricultural technology, seeds, and phytosanitary products. The event runs daily from 9:30 to 20:00, with musical performances scheduled as part of the program.
