Concept K and JA Mitsui Leasing launch new business services in Japan

Concept K and JA Mitsui Leasing Building have launched KYŌ RESIDENCE Shinjuku Yoyogi, a high-quality service apartment brand targeting international business travelers and long-term visitors. The project addresses a market gap between luxury hotels and standard furnished rentals by offering sophisticated, hotel-style living spaces. The residence achieved over 90% occupancy through pre-opening bookings based on architectural renderings alone.

Separately, JA Mitsui Leasing Group, Fujitsu, and Smart Value have collaborated to develop an EV simulation service. This tool assists corporate clients in transitioning to electric vehicles by using telematics data and digital twin technology to simulate optimal vehicle selection, charging infrastructure, and operational costs. The service aims to visualize CO2 reductions and total cost of ownership to support data-driven decarbonization strategies.
