Concordia implements Municipal Electronic Domicile for tax notifications

The Municipality of Concordia is modernizing its tax administration through the implementation of the Municipal Electronic Domicile (DEM). Regulated by Decree 829/26 under Ordinance No. 38.778, this digital tool aims to streamline communications and notifications between the General Directorate of Revenue and taxpayers.

In its initial phase, the system will be used for communications related to the Commercial Tax. Taxpayers will be able to receive liquidations, requirements, summons, and other administrative acts digitally. Fernando Marsicano, Director General of Revenue, stated that the goal is to simplify procedures and facilitate the relationship between the municipality and taxpayers by avoiding unnecessary travel.

Users can access the DEM via the Municipality of Concordia’s Citizen Portal using a username and password, or through the ARCA portal using their CUIT and Fiscal Key. Once logged in, taxpayers can view notifications, check reading status, and access attached documentation. To complete the setup, users must accept the terms and conditions and validate their declared email address.
