Concurrent Technologies Corporation partners with West Point on AI security

Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) has partnered with the Robotics Research Center (RRC) at the United States Military Academy at West Point to develop an AI Security Assessment Tool. The collaboration focuses on creating a machine learning model-stealing pipeline designed to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in artificial intelligence systems used for defense and national security.

The tool aims to evaluate how different machine learning architectures and training techniques respond to adversarial attacks and privacy leaks. By using this pipeline, researchers can test the effectiveness of defensive measures such as differential privacy and adversarial training. The project also seeks to identify specific model components that are most susceptible to exploitation and determine which architectures are inherently more resistant to various attack types.
