Conduent and q. beyond AG pivot toward AI services in Q2 2026
Conduent and q. beyond AG have both reported second-quarter 2026 results highlighting strategic shifts toward artificial intelligence.
Conduent reported revenue from continuing operations of $531 million and a pre-tax loss of $57 million. The company has signed divestitures expected to generate $234 million in gross proceeds, a move intended to fund a transition from legacy business process outsourcing toward higher-margin, AI-driven services. Conduent reported an Adjusted EBITDA of $16 million.
q. beyond AG reported revenues of €43 million for the second quarter, with an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 6% and an EBITDA of €2.5 million (excluding a €0.9 million transformation provision). The company is accelerating its AI transformation, which is expected to require one-off expenses of €5 million to €6 million but could generate annual savings of approximately €7 million starting in 2027. To support this, the company is establishing a new location in Cluj, Romania, to provide AI-assisted 24/7 customer support.
