Conduent and Westrock Coffee complete major refinancing deals
Conduent has completed a $447 million refinancing transaction aimed at extending debt maturities and supporting its deleveraging strategy. The deal extends a $357 million revolving credit facility through May 2029 and adds $90 million in new commitments from existing lenders. This move is part of the company’s ASCEND 2026–28 strategic plan, which focuses on profitable growth, operational standardization, and investments in AI and automation. Conduent is also reducing its financial encumbrances through the divestiture of its Public Transit and Tolling businesses.
Westrock Coffee Company has finalized a $600 million refinancing of its Beverage Solutions credit facilities, led by Rabobank. The new five-year facilities, which mature in October 2031, consist of a $300 million term loan and a $300 million revolving credit facility. This restructuring increases the company’s available liquidity to approximately $270 million and reduces near-term debt repayment requirements by lowering annual amortization rates. The proceeds will be used to repay existing debt, cover transaction costs, and restructure convertible senior notes.
