Confa promotes international job opportunities in Germany

The Confa transnational employment agency is promoting international job opportunities in Germany for professionals in Caldas, Colombia. Through the TEAM 6.2 Project (Specialized Colombian Workers for Germany), the initiative targets professionals in Early Childhood Education and Nursing.

For education professionals, the program offers a salary of approximately 3,291 EUR during the title recognition process, increasing to 3,738 EUR once fully accredited. The initiative includes a formative scholarship covering intensive German language courses up to level B1, certification exam costs, and a monthly economic allowance of 450 EUR during the learning period in Colombia. Applications are open from October 1 to October 16 in Manizales and other municipalities within the Caldas region.
