Various local events and pop-up shops are scheduled across the Chiba and Saitama prefectures in October 2026.

In Funabashi, a new coworking space, ‘ii Office Motoyawata’, has opened near Motoyawata Station, offering 24/7 unmanned access to 28 private rooms. Additionally, the cheesecake brand ‘BELTZ’ is holding a limited-time pop-up at Chapeau Funabashi until October 20. The music group Mrs. GREEN APPLE is also celebrating its official fan club, ‘Ringo Jam’, 10th anniversary with a ‘Ringo Jam Café’ kitchen car visiting LaLaport TOKYO-BAY in October and November, selling themed sodas and original merchandise.

In Saitama, Misato City is hosting a ‘Misato no Iitoko’ Karuta tournament at the Kinrousha Gymnasium to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the village's founding.
