Confiança and América announce new coaching appointments

Confiança has officially appointed Ademir Fesan as its new head coach for the 2027 season. The decision follows the arrival of new football director Francisco Sales. Fesan, 49, brings experience from various Brazilian national competitions, including a notable promotion to Série C with Inter de Limeira in 2025. His previous roles include coaching Água Santa and Portuguesa, as well as serving as an assistant at clubs such as Internacional and Ceará.

In futsal, América has announced Roberto Pereira as the new coach to lead the team through the end of 2026. Pereira replaces Fagner Moura, who departed by mutual agreement following the team's semifinal appearance in the Taça Brasil. Pereira previously managed the team in 2024 and returns to lead the squad in the Campeonato Potiguar and the LNF Silver tournament.
