Confindustria Brescia funds €340k training for 195 local firms

Between 2023 and 2025 Confindustria Brescia returned a total of €340,129 to its member companies for courses run by ISFOR. The contributions were €111,837 in 2023, €127,891 in 2024 and €100,401 in 2025, covering 30% of the registration cost. When combined with the contribution from the Camera di Commercio di Brescia, the total support can reach up to 80% of the overall fee.

The scheme involved 195 enterprises across the Brescia province. Elisa Torchiani, vice‑president of Confindustria Brescia and president of Fondazione AIB, said the measure, now approaching three decades, remains a key tool for enhancing professional training, boosting competitiveness and helping firms adapt to digitalisation, ecological transition and evolving market demands.
