Confindustria Romagna reports growth and export increases

Confindustria Romagna celebrated its tenth anniversary with reports of economic growth and increased internationalization. During a public assembly in Ravenna, President Mario Riciputi presented data showing that the total turnover of associated companies rose by 4.5% in 2025, reaching approximately 25 billion euros. Export activities, which account for 21% of total turnover, saw a 2.2% increase, driven largely by medium and large-sized enterprises.

To support future competitiveness, the organization emphasized the necessity of digitalization and automation. President Riciputi noted that physical AI and computational models are shifting competition toward flexibility and processing quality.

In support of regional business expansion, the Romagna Chamber of Commerce is also funding training positions for the 'TOAsia Export Training' program. This initiative aims to help companies from Forlì-Cesena and Rimini navigate the Asia-Pacific markets by providing expertise in customs regulations, international law, and cross-cultural negotiation.
