Congo-Brazzaville's IGAT conducts administrative training

The General Inspectorate of Territorial Administration (IGAT) in Congo-Brazzaville conducted a three-day training seminar in Brazzaville from August 19 to 21. The program was designed to strengthen the professional capacity and field effectiveness of approximately twenty executives and agents within the institution.

Presided over by Jacques Essissongo, the prefect and inspector general of territorial administration, the seminar focused on six technical themes. These included territorial administrative organization, the inspectorate’s founding principles, the construction of personnel files, and the control of movable and immovable assets for both deconcentrated and decentralized entities. Additionally, the training covered the exploitation and synthesis of general quarterly reports to improve administrative oversight and accountability.
