Shashi Tharoor sparks debate in Congress over Rahul Gandhi's student outreach
Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has sparked internal debate within the Indian National Congress following comments regarding Rahul Gandhi's 'Chhatro Ki Goonj' (Echo of Students) outreach program.
