Congress leaders launch rallies and youth campaign in India

The Indian National Congress is intensifying its political outreach through high-profile rallies and new youth-focused initiatives. In Uttarakhand, the party is preparing a series of public meetings scheduled between September 15 and October 15 to build momentum ahead of upcoming assembly elections. The planned lineup includes Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi in the Kumaon region, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Garhwal, and party chief Mallikarjun Kharge in Roorkee.

Simultaneously, Rahul Gandhi has launched the ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ campaign, with a scheduled event in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on September 19. Aimed at students, youth, and Generation Z, the initiative seeks to address grievances regarding the education system, including exam malpractices, paper leaks, and rising costs. The campaign intends to provide a platform for students to voice concerns related to unemployment and recruitment challenges to influence national political discourse.
