CONICET to host public science fair in La Plata

Researchers from three CONICET centers in La Plata will host a public science fair on Saturday, August 22, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The event focuses on geology, physics, and chemistry, aiming to bring scientific knowledge closer to the community.

Located at Diagonal 113 and 64, the fair will feature laboratory tours, interactive stands, experiments, and talks led by researchers. The activity includes guided visits starting at 3:00 PM, which require prior registration. The fair is held in conjunction with the VI Scientific-Technological Meeting of the Geological Research Center (CIG), marking the 46th anniversary of its foundation.
