Connectivity and logistics projects advance in Mato Grosso do Sul

Infrastructure projects are advancing along the 'Rota da Celulose' in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. A partnership between the concessionaire Caminhos da Celulose and TIM is expanding 4G/LTE mobile coverage across 870.3 kilometers of highways, including BR-262, BR-267, MS-040, MS-338, and MS-395.

As of September, 69 of the 82 planned towers are under construction or being installed, representing approximately 84% of the project. The expansion aims to provide connectivity to 22 municipalities, 37 districts, 26 public schools, eight health units, and over 6,300 rural properties, while also improving emergency communication capabilities.

In conjunction with regional operational growth, Arauco has launched a new phase of its Driver Training Program in Três Lagoas. This initiative provides free professional training for drivers seeking Category E certification. The program, held in partnership with Sest Senat, focuses on heavy and forestry transport to support logistics operations such as the Sucuriú Project in Inocência.
