Connectus Business Solutions marks 15 years with major expansion

Connectus Business Solutions is marking its 15th anniversary with a significant expansion of its operations. Since 2020, the IT and cyber security provider has grown from supporting 380 clients and 7,000 users to more than 700 businesses and 15,000 end users.

The company has completed seven acquisitions to date, including Cybersity, YouCloud Solutions, Mango Tech, IT 4 Growth, the PCSC customer base, the assets of i7 Technologies, and most recently, Glu Digital. The investment in Glu Digital led to the formation of the Digital Connect Group.

CEO Roy Shelton stated that the company is entering its most active period of acquisition and investment. Following three consecutive years of double-digit growth in recurring revenue, turnover is now forecast to exceed £6 million. Originally founded in 2011 as Eximus Solutions, the Doncaster-based firm is backed by FW Capital and chaired by Paul Ruocco.
