ConocoPhillips posts $3.95bn Q2 profit as ON Semiconductor beats earnings, AI demand drives growth
ConocoPhillips reported adjusted earnings of $3.951 billion for the second quarter of 2026, up from $2.324 billion in the prior quarter, driven by higher international energy commodity prices. The company said, «Las ganancias ajustadas secuenciales e interanuales aumentaron principalmente debido a precios más altos», and highlighted strong contributions from its Lower 48 operations, with additional gains from Alaska, Asia‑Pacific, Canada and EMEA.
ON Semiconductor delivered a Q2 2026 earnings beat, posting non‑GAAP EPS of $0.74, a 39.6% year‑over‑year increase, and revenue of $1.604 billion. Growth was powered by AI data‑center demand, with silicon‑carbide revenues expected to rise nearly 60% year‑over‑year. The company also repurchased $332 million of stock and projected Q3 revenue of $1.65‑$1.75 billion.
