Conor McGregor tipped for BKFC move after final UFC fight
Conor McGregor is expected to transition to bare-knuckle boxing with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) once his current UFC contract concludes. BKFC chairman Dave Feldman stated that McGregor, who is a part-owner of the promotion, is eager to complete his final UFC obligation to clear the way for a move to BKFC.
McGregor is currently recovering from an ACL and meniscus injury sustained during a recent rematch against Max Holloway. Due to the severity of the injury and subsequent surgery, his return to the octagon is not anticipated until at least July 2027. Feldman noted that a move to BKFC depends on the outcome of McGregor’s final UFC appearance, stating, “If he can come out injury-free, you know, I would bet the house that you’ll see Conor McGregor in BKFC.”
