Conor McGregor to host BKFC “World's Baddest Man” series on FOX Nation after knee surgery

Irish MMA star Conor McGregor suffered a serious knee injury in the opening minute of his UFC 329 loss to Max Holloway. He will undergo surgery and a lengthy rehabilitation, but has said he will return to fight and fulfill the final bout of his current UFC contract.

Days after the injury, McGregor announced a new partnership between his Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) stake, FOX Nation and production partner Kiss Fly Productions. The deal will deliver a documentary‑style tournament called “World’s Baddest Man,” slated to premiere in the summer of 2027 on the FOX Nation streaming service. McGregor will host the series, appear throughout the program and serve as executive producer. The bracket‑style competition will feature elite bare‑knuckle fighters from around the world competing for an eight‑figure prize and a live‑event finale.

McGregor described the venture as “a true test of heart, grit and willpower” and said it will set a new standard for combat‑sports television. The series will stream on FOX Nation for $8.99 per month.
