Conscia Group appoints Lars Faeste as Group CEO

The Conscia Group supervisory board has appointed Lars Faeste as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Faeste, who joins from FTI Consulting, brings over 25 years of international leadership experience in strategy, transformation, and value creation.

Faeste succeeds Erik Bertman, who is stepping down after five years as CEO. Under Bertman’s leadership, Conscia transitioned from a Nordic solution provider to a leading European partner for cybersecurity and managed services, expanding into eleven European countries and growing its workforce from 800 to over 1,700 employees. Bertman will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
