Conservatório Musical Antônio Ferruccio Viviani announces musical events

The Conservatório Musical Antônio Ferruccio Viviani in Poços de Caldas is hosting a series of musical events, including a popular keyboard and piano recital and a Pedagogical Week.

On September 1, the conservatory will hold a keyboard and piano recital at the Teatro da Urca. The event, featuring students of professor Cristina Machioni, includes solo and duo performances across various popular music styles. Admission is free and open to the public.

From September 4 to 11, the institution will conduct its Pedagogical Week. The program begins at the Teatro Benigno Gaiga with performances by the conservatory’s wind and percussion orchestra, choir, and flute orchestra. The week includes concerts, lectures, masterclasses, and workshops held at locations such as the Espaço Cultural da Urca and the Country Club.

A notable feature of this year’s Pedagogical Week is that all workshops are open to the general public, including those without prior musical experience. Scheduled activities include workshops on viola caipira, guitar, violin, flute, saxophone, and introductory piano, as well as an integrative workshop titled ‘Corpo que Canta, Corpo que Dança’. Additionally, the ‘Cartografia de Si’ drawing exhibition will be on display at the Espaço Cultural da Urca.
