Consorzio Oltrepò Pavese launches OltreGusto Oltrepò Terra di Pinot Nero wine fair
The Consorzio Tutela Vini Oltrepò Pavese is holding the sixth edition of its OltreGusto event on 7‑8 September 2026. Branded OltreGusto Oltrepò Terra di Pinot Nero, the fair merges the traditional Classico DOCG showcase with a gastronomy series that highlights regional specialties.
The opening ceremony takes place at 09:30 on 7 September in the Teatro Valentino Garavani in Voghera, followed by a masterclass led by Alessandro Masnaghetti, Italy’s leading expert on viticultural mapping. Masnaghetti will present the results of a recent territorial study, including new 2‑D and 3‑D maps of the Oltrepò Pavese wine landscape.
From 11:00 to 17:00 the event moves to the garden of the historic Istituto Tecnico Agrario Gallini, where more than 32 local wineries will offer tastings of over 100 labels covering Classico, Metodo Classico DOCG and Pinot Nero DOC wines. Two blind‑tasting sessions – Blanc de Noirs and Rosé de Noiri – are scheduled for the press at noon and for industry operators at 14:30.
The 2026 programme also marks the debut of the Classese designation and the launch of a new still‑wine project that carries the historic Montenapoleone mention.
