Constanța Police announce driving school traffic restrictions

The Constanța County Police Inspectorate has announced specific restrictions regarding the practical training and examination routes for driving schools in Constanța municipality and the surrounding county.

In the city of Constanța, driving school vehicles are prohibited from certain areas. Between 07:00 and 19:00, access is banned on Soveja Street (between Mamaia Boulevard and Primăverii Street), including Chiliei, Maramureș, Ion Andreescu, and Războieni streets. A permanent ban is in effect for the peninsular area, defined by several major arteries such as Mihai Viteazu, Traian, Regina Elisabeta, and Tomis Boulevards, as well as several interior streets and the parking area near Port of Constanța Access Gate No. 1.

Seasonal restrictions apply to the Mamaia resort between May 1 and September 15, where driving school vehicles are prohibited on Mamaia North Boulevard and Tomis Boulevard within specific segments. For heavy vehicles, training is permitted on open roads throughout the county, excluding the A2 and A4 motorways. Failure to comply with these designated routes and entering restricted sectors can result in fines of up to 1,080 lei.
