Constanța properties of former vice-mayor put up for auction

Two properties owned by Petruș Dragomir, a former vice-mayor of Vulturu in Constanța County, have been put up for auction following a request by Intesa Sanpaolo Bank România due to a credit contract. The assets include a four-room apartment in Murfatlar with a starting price of 371,541 lei and a commercial space in Țăndărei measuring 461.59 square meters with a starting price of 1,648,337 lei. Both auctions are scheduled for September 22, 2026.

In a separate development, the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has filed a request with the Constanța Tribunal to initiate bankruptcy proceedings for Solaris Agricultura Săveni SRL. The company, which lists Petruș Dragomir as an associate, reported a turnover of 1.4 million lei and a net profit of 694,864 lei for 2024, but carries total debts exceeding 6.2 million lei.
