Constanța woman investigated for multiple random attacks

A young woman is under investigation following a series of random violent attacks across Constanța, Romania. Surveillance footage captured the suspect attacking individuals in various locations, including a shopping center, a hotel reception, and a cafe.

Victims reported being struck without provocation. In one instance at a jewelry store, a woman was grabbed by her hair and punched in the stomach. In another location, the suspect reportedly threw a chair at a barista and destroyed products on a counter. The suspect also allegedly struck a hotel housekeeper and a 56-year-old woman on a walkway.

The Constanța County Police Inspectorate stated that the individual is currently being investigated in nine criminal cases involving offenses such as assault, destruction of property, abuse of trust, and disturbing public order. Following police questioning, the woman was evaluated by medical professionals at the Constanța Psychiatric Hospital.
