Construction sector in Tlaxcala shows positive growth

The construction sector in Tlaxcala, Mexico, has reported positive growth in production value and employment. According to data from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI), the production value index for the construction industry reached 282.6 percentage points at the end of June.

Annual variations show a 62.8 percent increase in the National Survey of Construction Companies (ENEC). Additionally, the total occupied personnel in Tlaxcala recorded a positive index of 61 percent. While real average remunerations saw a marginal annual variation of 0.2 percent, the sector continues to show significant activity compared to the previous year.
