astragon Entertainment and weltenbauer. have announced the addition of demolition as a new gameplay feature in Construction Simulator: Evolution. The update introduces various officially licensed machines and attachments, such as the SENNEBOGEN 670 E wrecking ball, the Epiroc CC 1600 U hydraulic Combi Cutter, and Wacker Neuson demolition hammers.

The release strategy for the title has been adjusted. The game will launch in Early Access on PC via Steam later this year to allow developer integration of community feedback. Consequently, the release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S has been postponed, with those versions now expected in 2027. A roadmap detailing future content updates is expected to be released soon.
