CONSUL Weltreisen launches luxury golf cruise format

CONSUL Weltreisen has introduced a new luxury travel format called ‘Golf & Meer’ (Golf & Sea), which combines high-end cruise itineraries from Explora Journeys with organized golf experiences.

The program is designed to allow travelers to visit various international golf courses while using a luxury cruise ship as a floating hotel. This arrangement aims to eliminate the need for frequent packing and moving between destinations. CONSUL Weltreisen manages the logistics, including tee times, green fees, transfers, and golf equipment handling.

A sample seven-day itinerary runs from Venice to Athens, stopping at locations such as Koper, Dubrovnik, Kotor, and Corfu. In Koper, Slovenia, the program includes access to the Lipica golf course.
