Recent product testing evaluations have highlighted advancements and performance metrics in cordless household and garden tools.

A comprehensive test of 17 cordless vacuum cleaners revealed a trend toward removable batteries, which allows for easier maintenance and replacement. Most tested models, including brands such as Hoogo, Rowenta, and AEG, feature removable batteries, though Kärcher utilizes a screw-fastened system. Some high-end models now include integrated suction stations and digital displays to monitor remaining battery life.

In the category of cordless mini-chainsaws, the Parkside PAGHS 20-Li C3 emerged as the top performer among six tested models. The device features a 15 cm blade length and a manufacturer-stated chain speed of 8 m/s, which is among the highest in its class. While the unit is sold with a storage case and essential accessories, the battery and charger must be purchased separately.
