Consumers seek personal advice for life insurance despite digital growth
A recent report indicates that 42% of consumers feel confused or insecure regarding the information available for life insurance policies. While technology is becoming more prevalent, with over half of consumers planning to use artificial intelligence to research and compare products, personal guidance remains a critical factor in the decision-making process.
In Spain, 92% of consumers wish to interact with an insurance advisor during the life insurance contracting process, and 65% consider direct contact necessary for important decisions or price evaluations. Luis Ruiz, director of DN Correduría de Seguros, notes that while digital tools assist in finding information, they cannot replace personalized conversations that address specific individual needs and protections.
