Conterraneo Hotel to open in Marcianise, Italy

The Conterraneo Hotel, a new four-star business hotel owned by the Ferraro family, is set to open in Marcianise, Italy. Located in the ASI area of Pozzo Bianco, the hotel will begin welcoming guests on August 10, with an official inauguration scheduled for September 7.

The project marks the expansion of Ivan and Nicola Ferraro from the restaurant sector into hospitality. The hotel features 31 rooms, including suites and wellness suites, along with meeting rooms and multipurpose spaces designed for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment.

The facility is positioned near key transport hubs and commercial centers, including the Caserta Sud motorway exit and the Naples Afragola high-speed station. The project also includes the TerraCore Osteria Campana restaurant, which aims to showcase regional culinary traditions.
