Continental launches new ContiMotion EVO sport-touring motorcycle tire

Continental has launched the ContiMotion EVO, the successor to its popular ContiMotion sport-touring motorcycle tire. The new product is designed for both weekend riders and touring enthusiasts, focusing on a balance of safety, mileage, and riding pleasure.

Technical improvements include new carcass materials for increased stability and updated compounds to optimize performance in both wet and dry conditions. Key features include Continental’s EasyHandling technology for predictable steering, a hybrid silica tread compound for reliable grip, and ZeroDegree steel-belt construction for high-speed stability.

Christoph Ettenhuber, Head of Business Field Motorcycle Tires at Continental, stated that the tire offers intuitive handling and impressive mileage for daily use. The tire is compatible with various motorcycle models, including the BMW R12 nineT, Triumph Daytona 660, Ducati Supersport 950, and Honda CB 650.
