Continuum Group completes $450 million international bond issuance via GIFT City
Continuum Group raised USD 450 million through a senior unsecured Reg S/144A bond issuance. The offering comprised USD 390 million of senior bonds due 2031 and USD 60 million of senior fixed‑to‑floating bonds due 2034, issued via the company's global treasury centre in GIFT City, India's International Financial Services Centre. Indian law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. acted as legal counsel and listing agent for the bonds, which were listed on NSE IFSC Limited (NSE IX). The bonds are guaranteed by Continuum Green Energy Limited and carry ratings of Ba3 (Moody’s) and BB‑ (S&P). Joint bookrunners and lead managers were Deutsche Bank AG (Singapore Branch), Emirates NBD Bank PJSC and J.P. Morgan Securities plc, with DB Trustees (Hong Kong) as trustee. The transaction marks the maiden international bond issuance by CGE Treasury IFSC Private Limited, a finance company registered as a Global/Regional Corporate Treasury Centre in GIFT City, highlighting a milestone for India's international financial services ecosystem.
