Italy hosts various regional cultural and community festivals

Various cultural and community events are scheduled across Italy for early September 2026.

In the Marche region, the Festival dell’Appennino will host an excursion from Lake Fiastra to the Lame Rosse, followed by a concert by Ginevra Di Marco at Castello Magalotti. In Sambuca di Sicilia, actress Giusi Cataldo will present her short film ‘Ha toccato’ at the UNITRE summer headquarters, focusing on themes of deafness and inclusion.

Other regional festivities include the Fonta Fest in Offanengo, featuring music and traditional dining; the RampaFest in Conversano, showcasing local music, dance, and fashion; and the Tor Marancia Circus in Rome, offering free circus arts and workshops. In Petritoli, the Antiche Fonti Music Festival will support the preservation of local historical sites through music and gastronomy. Additionally, a charity event at the Teatro Panoramica dei Templi in Agrigento will support Save the Children through music and cabaret.

In Piano di Sorrento, local authorities have implemented traffic restrictions in Piazza Cota and Corso Italia to facilitate the final evening of ‘La Grande Avventura’.

In Piancastagnaio, the third edition of the Fonti Jazz Festival concluded with sold-out performances featuring international and Italian jazz artists.
