COOEE alpin Hotels expands to five properties via 2.5 million euro bond

Austrian hotel group COOEE alpin Hotels is expanding its portfolio from three to five properties through a 2.5 million euro subordinated bond issued by You Will Like It Hotels GmbH. The expansion aims to increase the group's total capacity to 473 rooms and apartments by the end of 2027.

The funds will finance two primary projects: the renovation of a 90-room hotel in Kaprun, scheduled to open in June 2027, and the construction of a new 78-room hotel in Bad Goisern, expected to be completed by December 2027.

Investors can participate via the CONDA investment platform with a minimum subscription of 500 euros. The bond matures on November 30, 2031, and offers a choice between a 7% annual cash interest rate or a 9% annual rate in the form of hotel vouchers. Early-bird conditions are available for subscriptions made until September 30, 2026.
