Coopelectric manager meets with Lista Amarilla to discuss Olavarría power supply

Representatives from Lista Amarilla met with Claudio Nápoli, the Distribution Manager of Coopelectric, to evaluate the electrical supply status in urban, rural, and local areas of the Olavarría district.

During the meeting, Nápoli explained the electrical system's structure, covering generation, transport, and distribution. He clarified that Coopelectric only receives payment for the distribution segment and emphasized that final electricity prices are set by regulatory bodies such as CAMMESA and OCEBA, rather than the cooperative itself.

The discussion also addressed public lighting, noting that while Coopelectric manages operation and maintenance, the municipality is responsible for planning extension works. To improve response times, officials encouraged residents to use the designated WhatsApp channel for formalizing service claims and technical incidents.
