CoopeMontecillos announces seasonal recruitment drive in Alajuela

CoopeMontecillos, a Costa Rican cooperative, has announced a seasonal recruitment drive to support its logistics and retail operations during the year-end peak season. The organization will host two job fairs in Alajuela on October 7 and October 14, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The initiative aims to fill 30 essential roles, including dispatchers, drivers, cargo assistants, clerks, and cashiers. While the hiring is intended to meet heightened festive season demand, the cooperative noted that selected candidates may have the opportunity to transition into permanent positions following the seasonal period.

Although the recruitment events are held at the main facilities in Alajuela, the vacancies cover multiple strategic regions across Costa Rica, including Liberia, Puriscal, Siquirres, San José, and Cartago. Applicants are required to bring a printed resume to the scheduled events.
