Cooper Flagg opens Flagg Trading Co. card shop in Bangor

NBA Rookie of the Year Cooper Flagg and his cousin, Tyler Flagg, have opened a new sports card shop called Flagg Trading Co. in downtown Bangor, Maine.

The business is a result of the cousins' shared interest in collecting sports cards and Pokemon. While they initially considered opening the shop in Cooper’s hometown of Newport, they chose Bangor to take advantage of higher visibility and foot traffic. The owners expressed a desire to contribute positively to the downtown community by providing a space for people to gather.
