Cooperativa Popular de Electricidad announces delegate elections

The Cooperativa Popular de Electricidad (CPE) has announced district electoral assemblies to renew its Body of Delegates, scheduled for Saturday, September 19. Members will elect 107 primary representatives and 59 alternates across all locations served by the cooperative.

In Santa Rosa, voting will take place from 8:00 to 18:00 at four locations: La Usina, the Carlos Lorenzo Service Center, the Club Penales headquarters, and the Escuela 180 multipurpose room. In Toay, voting will occur from 8:00 to 18:00 at the Pedrucho Tamborini hall. In all other districts, voting will be held from 9:00 to 14:00 at their respective local cooperative headquarters.

Candidate lists must be submitted by September 6. To be eligible to vote or run for office, members must have joined before the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and must not have any outstanding unpaid service invoices or balances as of September 6.
